Super cool statue people!!

****************

Hello friends! As promised, here is Part 2 from my trip to Florida! I tried to take as many photos as possible but sometimes I forget when I'm caught up in all the fun I'm having! I took most of the pictures in Disney Springs & then made sure to get a couple of pictures the last day of convention on the HDJ stage!

Monday through Wednesday were full of dance classes. From contemporary, ballet to jazz funk to salsa. I had SO much fun & took so much away from each class. We also had a couple classes where Julie Kay talked to us about preschool dance class ideas & also how to balance home life and dance life. Definitely going to help me out a lot this next year & future years to come!

I included a video from one of the Jazz Funk classes I took that is my absolute favorite! I will probably be breaking out into this dance forever let's just be honest haha

Like I said in my Part 1 post, I had SO much fun on this trip & am so grateful that I had the opportunity to go!

Heatless Beach Curls

Hello lovelies! Today I am sharing with y'all one of my new heatless, overnight go-to hairstyles. If you've followed my YouTube for a while now then you would know that I am all about the no heat hairstyles and no heat curls. So I was in love with this hairstyle when I first tested it out and saw how pretty it made my hair look with really only maybe 5 minutes of prep work. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair when I use this technique, and I highly recommend testing it out for yourself if you're looking for a new way to get pretty beachy waves/curls without having to use any heat!

Trip to Orlando: Part 1

It started pouring once we got to the airport but that didn't stop our excitement for Florida!

**************

Hello friends! Today I am sharing with you part 1 of photos from my trip to Orlando this past week. Back at the end of May, my very good friend & co-worker Shurelle and I, both got scholarships to attend Barry YoungBlood's Nationals Convention, Hollywood Dance Jamz in Orlando! The excitement for this trip was unreal. And it became even more unreal when our boss Ms Grayce, told us she was going to pay our way so that we could attend this trip. I can't even begin to thank her & Barry enough for the opportunity to go and expand our knowledge and love for dance, that we did at this convention. This trip was full of such great memories & one that I will remember forever!!

The first night we were there, we decided to go to Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney) & since I had never been it was like a whole new world to me! (No Disney pun intended it just happened) I wish I lived closer so that I could go there more often! Shurelle & I actually ended up going the next two nights, one of which was on the 4th of July so we got to see multiple fireworks shows that were being put on by the surrounding parks.

The next 3 days were filled with dancing, learning & building new friendships! I'll have more photos from those days which I will share in Part 2 which is coming soon!

Ashley
